WASHING INSTRUCTIONS AND GENERAL CARE
With proper care, especially with frequent use, our garments will last longer. Here are some easy tips to follow.
Sweat on garments, left unwashed for extended periods of time, is never desirable. Sweat is a saline solution that will lead to the deterioration of fabrics, especially elastane (a material contained in our fabrics). Wash your garments as soon as possible after each use.
Machine wash is recommended with short, gentle washing cycles at low temperatures up to 30 degrees Celsius.
Use non-aggressive liquid detergents. Do not use washing powder that will compromise the integrity of fabrics that have undergone water-repellent treatment.
Never use fabric softeners as this will completely remove the protection gained from the water-repellent treatment (undergone by most items in our collection).
Once washed, it is advisable to hang the garment and let it dry in an open, shaded space with clean air. Do not leave under direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry garments.
Fasten zips and velcro attachments before washing to avoid pilling and/or other damage to fabrics.
We strongly recommend using the Scicon laundry wash net. The wash net will provide extra protection of garments and fabrics during the wash cycle.
WARRANTY
Ftech clothing is warranted to be free of defects of material or workmanship for a period of one year from date of sale. Damaged goods must be returned to ASG for inspection. ASG shall be the sole judge of warrantability. Warranty is void if, in our opinion, the product has been misused, improperly maintained, repaired, altered or modified in any way.
Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced with products of similar function or a credit may be issued in ASG’s sole discretion. In no case shall any credit exceed the original invoice price. Products not covered under this warranty will be returned.
